Re: Magic Arrow to change direction of your tasks and to-do lists

Hi, Magic arrow? Not very useful at all. How about automatically sorting Next Actions by context, now that would be useful!

It's not possible to work with Next Actions by context because if I go into 'Contexts' (especially using iNozbe) it shows all actions with 'Next Actions' listed throughout.

I find Nozbe and iNozbe really useful but spend about 1/3 of my time sorting Next Actions into categories rather than getting things done!

Oh I believe it's very useful though... just take you time to play with it smile

We are working on optimizations for the iPhone so please bear with us until we've finished them. Thanks for your comments.

Re: Magic Arrow to change direction of your tasks and to-do lists

Please Michael - keep this thing simple.  Initially, I was wishing for lots of bells and whistles, but the more I use it, the more I learn that simple is better.  You've done a great job already of letting us turn on and off features, like showing completed actions, the date option, and the arrow.  One of the things I haven't figured out, though its probably simple, is the difference in the large and small bullet beside each project in the list.  And I haven't been able to successfully upload a file, though I've attempted it several times.  John

The uploading of files works ok, I'll check it anyway... what kind of problem did you have?

The bullets - yes, it's simple - the more tasks in a project, the thicker the bullet smile
