Michael, great addition to the system to have delegation ability to the people you are sharing with.  However, one little addition to that which would be very beneficial would be the ability to add contacts/delegatees without sharing.   This way you could track delegated items by people you may not want to share Nozbe with or who don't care to be bothered with email updates, etc.
